Most midwives have a calm positive personality and encouraged me to have a home birth which is what I'd like. It is a great shame though I can't have my baby in a midwife bed unit.

My baby and I have received fantastic care from the community midwifes both during my pregnancy and following my daughters birth. A special mention must go to Sheila, who has been incredibly supportive following my daughter being diagnosed with a ventricular septal defect in her heart when I was 22 wks pregnant.
